Resumen
Regularly, the administrators and owners of the different residential units and apartments in large and small cities have been modernizing in order to guarantee better communication and management. Despite this, some processes have remained stagnant in the past, whether it is the systematization of the data of the residents and/or owners or the request for a common space. These data are stored in simple files in Excel or Word formats, whose information can only be updated by administrators. Due to the above, the present project was proposed in order to facilitate the treatment of the data of the owners, a better management of the requests made by the users of common spaces, and additionally the handling of documents such as minutes and circulars, among others. Others. The application provides users with better data processing, the use of notification via email, and easier management for administrators. This project was developed under the SCRUM methodology, giving greater results and better clarity regarding functionality problems. React (JavaScript) was used to implement the functionality and Firebase was used as the data manager.
