Sexualidad y educación: el caso del Programa Nacional de Educación para la Sexualidad y la Construcción de Ciudadanía (PESCC) del MEN (2004 - 2010)

Abstract

This work has as object of investigation the National Program of Education for the Sexuality and the Construction of Citizenship elaborated by the MEN for all the schools of Colombia, where it is tried to determine which is the speech that underlies to that project, for that they were revised The concepts of sexuality, that is, the way in which it has been understood, and a historical follow-up was made from the international and national legislation that supports sexual education in the school, in the same way the tensions between The different actors who participated in the elaboration of this proposal; Likewise, we reviewed the sexuality programs that have existed in Colombia, their approaches and legislative support, to understand the PESCC approach; finally, the PESCC, its theoretical and legislative support, was analyzed.
