Piloto Técnico de Catastro Multipropósito en el Municipio de Chipaque - Cundinamarca

Abstract

A multipurpose cadastre can not be possible without the adequate inventory, classification and characterization of the territorial information (physical, economic, environmental and planning), for which the taking of predial information and its digitalization both in information systems and in spatial databases and the corresponding appraisals should be geared to meet the needs of different stakeholders. All this constitutes the pillars of a true multipurpose cadastre at the service of territorial planning, a circumstance that must be taken care of from engineering and specifically from Cadastral and Geodesy Engineering, for which the municipality of Chipaque has been chosen because of its location and its territorial characteristics, as well as the status of its cadastral information, support its election as pilot municipality.
