Resumen
The Water Hyacinth (Eichhornia Crassipes) is considered aquatic weed, this becomes in worse problem by aquatic ecosystems to bring about environmental impacts in the waterbodies. It was approached in design of a sustainable process, taking advantage Water Hyacinth, from an industrial perspective, based in different methodologies as Cleaner Production and eco-design, for his cellulose level and higher biomass, there is scientific and technological interest in obtaining industrial ethanol from it. In design of process is taken into account a sustainable perspective, based in Cleaner Production and eco-design methodologies, and another's concepts of industrial production. In the study is important check in each phase of process the inputs and outputs and the methodologies of cleaner production and eco-design implicit, with this achieve a design that analyses all environmental aspects and impacts which may be caused previous and later of this process and so do it sustainable and efficient. An experimental process was designed in optimization software (Flexsim) to analyze performance and behavior of the process set as industrial system and in turn was check since economic perspective to show the benefit of this proposal.
