Resumen
This research work arises from the concern of teachers in the official sector who, within the context of the school, verify on a day-to-day basis the difficult interrelationships in the school and it is found that largely they are due to the inappropriate handling of basic emotions.
It is experienced in the official sector and in the daily work with children a violent reality of school and therefore emerges interest in the field of study of human emotions and specifically in children, that is how the current team is constituted in order to carry out this research, within the framework of the Master in childhood and culture, with emphasis on development and education. However, the greatest richness is that we have been able to make progress in our personal life projects and in our pedagogical work, so we hope to be able to implement it hand in hand with children, in other institutions, so that this proposal becomes a model that contributes to creating the pedagogical tools necessary for teachers to be active agents of transformation in society, specifically in school, favoring processes in child development, and in the formation of integral human beings and citizens.
This research is qualitative in nature, since it constitutes a way of thinking, a human posture that interprets realities, that tries to understand worlds, human constructions, subjectivities, with rigour and ethical commitment to achieve results that are significant within the framework of culture. It is vital to have wisdom to integrate theory and practice and to configure an adequate product about a human reality, which is not neutral and which is important in each of its steps, in its interactions and dynamics. It is a profoundly human, social and cultural process.
The proposal is a participatory action research, in this sense the idea is to provoke transformation from the management of emotions in the collective, social and cultural framework, starting from the application of the didactic strategy of the workshop, to harmonize theory and practice and as a means to converge valuable elements, object of analysis.
The work "The Endless Story" by author Michael Ende2 will be the vehicle we will use to deal with children's emotions: it is about crystallizing the idea of strengthening the child's emotions and encourage an approach to the literary experience, the discovery and empowerment of fantasy and imagination, love and the drives of life and death, as elements to manage emotions and also develop a process of production of new knowledge in the field of childhood studies
