Mejora de los procedimientos de exámenes médicos de salud y seguridad en el trabajo de la empresa Alkosto/K-Tronix

Abstract

The present project was based on the development of instructions for the improvement of the procedure of Occupational Medical Exams of the company ALKOSTO K-TRONIX SA, specifically for the standardization of activities that intervene in the processes of health and safety at work, with the purpose of achieving the best performance of the monitoring and control of medical certifications and the improvement of response time. The project methodology was developed with a mixed source (documentary and field). The analysis of documentary sources, direct observation and unstructured interviews was used. Based on the regulations, a structure guide was developed to carry out the activities related to the Occupational Medical Examination Procedure. In this way it was possible to conclude that with the implementation of the instructions they generate a better performance of the work in the area of health and safety at work in terms of the execution of the medical examination procedure.
