Abstract

A pre - feasibility study was carried out at the company Hombresolo SA with the purpose of establishing the administrative and operational structure of the company in order to obtain the financial structure required to develop the operation from 2016 to 2021. Through a market study based on a historical demand and a projection through the method of decomposition time series was determined an annual growth of 3.5%. Based on the results obtained, a technical study was carried out in which the design of the service and the process was carried out. A calculation of capacities was also carried out based on the optimization of times and loads when implementing improvement processes in logistics and administrative management Of the organization. Finally, the organizational structure and the operational and administrative staff required to carry out the operation were defined. Subsequently, through the administrative study, the profiles required for the development of the work and the strategic plan were defined. Finally, a financial economic study was carried out, where through the analysis of different scenarios, the feasibility of the project and the minimum quantity of services to be sold to make the project feasible were defined.
