Abstract

This proposal is framed in the research modality; and is in charge of systematizing the experience of the SER Orchestra project. This symphonic project is developed at the Silveria Espinosa de Rendón IED school in Bogotá. The project focuses on the recovery of the knowledge, learning and knowledge generated and its contribution to the integral development of the members, within the pedagogical experience lived in the period 2017-2021. The methodological approach is that of the systematization of experience from the Proposal of Oscar Jara (2018), and allows to reconstruct what has been lived, to understand it, and to extract the learning built within the experience of the Orchestra, with the purpose of improving it and making it sustainable. in the time. As elements for the analysis, a characterization of the model of the School Orchestra (OE) is proposed from the paradigm of complexity, which integrates the critical analysis and the proposal of the OE matrix, based on Mandoki's Prosaic (2006a); Concluding with the contributions of the learning to the participants from the proposal of Basic Dimensions of an Integral Human Development of Martínez, M. (2009).
