Resumen
This document presents the proposed spatial analysis model threats associated with the operation of transmission lines of electricity high voltage and easements, urban design, it sets out the criteria for defining the areas of direct influence and indirect this type of linear projects and characterization of abiotic and socioeconomic means thereof; subsequently, the identification of endogenous and exogenous threats that interact in the operation stage of the activity was performed, evaluating the possibility of occurrence of each variable by assigning a numerical value as its probability estimates of occurrence, whose value depends on the characteristics of each variable.
In accordance with the above, for the design of the model it was necessary assigning a range estimated probability of occurrence for each level of threat, adapting the proposed damage ranges established by Ulises Mena in his doctoral thesis (2002). the correlation of different endogenous and exogenous variables of the model is structured thus obtaining a probabilistic model of spatial analysis of threats, multivariable, multilevel equiprobabilidad of occurrence of variables.
Finally, the result of the implementation of the model for the selected case study allowed prioritize areas of invasion of rights according to their level of net electrical threat, thus contributing to the implementation of standards and procedures designed to facilitate a fair and equitable distribution institutional and social responsibilities.
