Desarrollo de Software Web para la gestión de inventario, con aplicación móvil de consulta para la Empresa Cosdy S.A.S

Abstract

LABORATORIO DE COSMÉTICOS COSDY.SAS is a company dedicated to the elaboration and commercialization of cosmetic products for the care of the nails, hair and skin such as: enamels, creams, hair products, among others. With more than 20 years of experience in the market, the company has its headquarters located in the industrial zone of Montevideo in the city of Bogotá, where the different products are manufactured, processed and distributed. With the passage of time has increased the margin of sales in the company, which requires an increase in resources and also the increase of product in stock, this has generated problems in the processes of production by not having clear the amount of raw material that is possessed, as well as the amount of product manufactured, which makes it difficult to make decisions by making imprecise quantities in the processes such as the amount of raw material to be ordered from suppliers and the volume of production they currently have to dispatch orders. Additionally, the company does not have a defined process for carrying out inventory activities. For this reason, the solution proposed for the company is a web application that allows to manage the inventory of the company, given the conditions of this one it becomes necessary that they can accede to this information in any place, which makes ideal the development of a tool with a web environment therefore, the design of the responsive website is proposed for its use in mobile platforms like Android for the handling of the inventories. In addition, to facilitate inventory management by the application, it is proposed to define the inventory process of the company.
