Resumen
The work Luis Uribe Bueno and the Italian Jazz Orchestra in the Antonio Cuéllar Sound Collection: Digitalization, Cataloging and Transcription, was done at the Gabriel Esquinas Documentation Center of the ASAB School of Arts at the Francisco José de Caldas District University. It recovers the sound memory of the musician Luis Uribe Bueno and the Italian Jazz Orchestra, by digitizing the existing sound and image files in the collection of the aforementioned artists: 161 and 33 respectively, in order to make known of your work to the interested community. The project also includes reviews of the artists under study: it takes a tour through several of the facets of the master Uribe Bueno, such as those of the performer, arranger, composer and artistic director of Sonolux; also makes a brief note about the history of this record company and finally about the history of the Italian Jazz Orchestra. On the other hand the written work includes the log of activities carried out in the process of the internship, the transcription of the complete score of 3 selected pieces of music and annexes such as the folders of the digitized files, some scores compiled and other documents of interest.
