Resumen
The present research was done under the modality of deepening, with the objective of developing through design-based research, a device expressed in a didactic unit, for the motivation of collaborative and cooperative learning, through the expansion of fanfiction type of a series of curricular contents of various subjects, in students of the middle school cycle of the Bosques de Sherwood school, in the municipality of Chía. The didactic unit guided by a process of instructional design in virtual environments, allowed, based on a mixed approach, to reach positive results for the promotion of teamwork in students, in addition to the disruptive approach of the curricular contents of the selected subjects. Novel methods were incorporated for data collection and analysis, such as eye-tracking biometrics and affective computing. Psychometric techniques were used in parallel for the assessment of socioemotional motivations, which allowed the consolidation of solid quantitative and qualitative data. Finally, a series of recommendations are made for the inclusion of innovative practices based on transmedia narratives within the classroom, and the continuation and enrichment of these experiences.
