Diseño de programa de inspecciones de seguridad para TGT GAMAS

Abstract

In this study, was made a diagnosis of the Industrial Safety Inspection program of the TGT Gamas S.A.S. that is a company of the oil sector industry, with the purpose of constructing a methodological proposal to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the attention of findings arising from the inspections carried out. In this way, was made a bibliographic review, the current legal regulations, and of the standards in which the Integrated Management System of the Organization is certified (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, NORSOK and RUC), this in order to determine all aspects related to industrial safety inspections, the diagnostic tool was created, which verified the effectiveness of the Inspections system, maintaining the continuous improvement of the organization in terms of management of the occupational hazards. In accordance with the above, a proposal could be detected in which the improvement in the flow of information and in the structure of the questionnaires for the application of the inspections is considered.
