Diseño de una red de servicios especializados de entrenadores “Fitness” en la ciudad de Bogotá bajo la metodología de desarrollo empresarial “Start-Up”

Abstract

Through this document a service development proposal is established specialized training "fitness" in the city of Bogotá under the methodology of start-up business development, which seeks to provide a network of trainers customized, based on an application proposal (web / app) with the ability to connect to those interested previously registered with the coaches willing to provide the home service in the customer's place of preference, in order to generate competitiveness in the market to enter, as a factor in generating value and utility for the company. Whether at home, in the gym, outside a public place, training attracts every time to more people, this is why it has been decided to venture into different types of service for the design of the network that include accompaniment in gym, functional training and group classes in order to provide different alternatives to users who decide to make use of the application. Additionally, the rise of new technologies has allowed the emergence of new forms of consumption based mainly on collaboration, proximity and direct contact with people. The remarkable growth of applications focused on the Second-hand trade, show this change in trend, this is why you see an opportunity in the incursion under the modality “emerging company” making use of service transactions through the use of a mobile application, which allows interaction between coaches and clients.
