Resumen
The Francisco José de Caldas District University (UDFJC) acknowledges the responsibility it has assumed as a training institution for competent professionals in different disciplines of knowledge, is committed to the continuous improvement of its academic programs and maintains the recognition of high institutional quality granted by Ministry of Education Ministry. In this scenario, the present monograph was developed with the purpose of satisfying the requirement of work of degree that is established in the academic curriculum and thus satisfactorily fulfill the curriculum to opt for the undergraduate degree of environmental administration. In addition to contributing to the exercise that the program carries out to guarantee the quality of the education it imparts. In this way, this work meets the accreditation guidelines established by the National Council of National Accreditation and focuses on the development of factor 4: academic processes, and specifically on characteristic 22: evaluation and self-regulation of the program, with the objective of "[D] determine the impact of the evaluation and self-regulation systems on quality management in thequality management program of the environmental administration program of the Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, in the period between the year 2013 to 2016. " To achieve the proposed objective, it began with the analysis of the results of the self-evaluation process of the undergraduate program of Environmental Management carried out in 2012 and the reconstruction of the improvement plan of this same program, to finally identify the changes that were made. have implemented in the Environmental Management program seeking to achieve high quality standards.
