Currently in Colombian households the mascot is being considered as part and center of its family nucleus, this trend is growing because the idea of humanization of pets arouses the interest on which products are of higher quality and of greater value added, in products that can improve the overall health, wellbeing and appearance of their pets, the wide range of products that are currently on the market are mostly unknown to pet owners, generating misunderstanding at the time of Choose the right product, in addition to the uncertainty of the cost, place and time it takes to acquire a product/service of these.
