Diseño de un sistema de gestión de la calidad basado en los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2015 en el proyecto curricular de Administración Ambiental de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas con Fines de Acreditación

Abstract

The Curricular project management environmental of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, is currently working on obtaining of qualified registration; one of the requirements for certification is to establish and comply with the implementation of the Manual of Quality Management System which evidences the different processes that are carried out in coordination. As an initial step of this project is to search if there is documentation in previous years which show the possible creation of a quality manual, manual functions, quality policy or any kind of information evidencing the creation or contribution to a QMS; once compiled key data files and proceed to make a diagnosis or state of the art and according to this design a Quality Management System Under NTC 9001: 2015 to meet the requirements this request; shaping the activities that develops, clarification of procedures, assessing risks and potential disagreements and to define responsibilities and to help improve service delivery, image of the coordination and the quality of the academic program.
