Resumen
This doctoral thesis is based on two perspectives of research in the teaching of the natural sciences: the conceptual profile (PC) and the conglomerate of relevancias (CR) to show that the cultural diversity of a society, in particular the Colombian one, is in the base of the worldviews of its members, and that these are broad and diversified. Thus, the recognition of the diversity and heterogeneity of the ways of speaking and thinking about the heat from the perspective of the PC (Mortimer, 1994, 1995, 2000, 2001, 2012) make it possible to understand the ontological and epistemological commitments of the participants, since In turn, these commitments facilitate an intercultural interpretation from the perspective of CR of heat (Molina, 2000, 2002, 2012) of the participants to establish the most appreciable values in these ideas. Thus, the problem posed refers to what interrelationships are found in the epistemological and ontological implications and commitments underlying ideas on heat in the sciences, in culturally differentiated communities (students of initial training in science, of the Universidad del Cauca In colombia)? As associated questions: what are the ideas of heat in the field of science? What are the ideas of culturally differentiated communities about heat? What epistemological and ontological implications and implications underlie these ideas? and what approximations are found in these reports and commitments? The objective of the research is to determine the interrelationships between the relevance and the commitments (epistemological and ontological) underlying the ideas of culturally differentiated communities (students of initial formation in sciences, of the Universidad del Cauca in Colombia). As particular objectives, they are: identify and characterize zones of the conceptual profile of heat in the ideas of sciences; identify and characterize areas of the conceptual profile of heat in the ideas of culturally differentiated communities; configure the heat profile from the zones identified and characterized; and identify in the profile the underlying commitments and relevances and establish their relationships.
