Mapeo y Análisis Espacial de Conflictos Territoriales para el Programa de Desarrollo con Enfoque Territorial del Catatumbo

Abstract

This document will present a series of maps constructed with the information collected and previously mentioned, with all the cartographic standards proposing a detailed analysis of each one of them and reflecting the dynamics that the PDT of Catatumbo has witnessed because of the armed conflict in Colombia through these graphic outputs. Issues such as illicit crops, illegal armed groups, displacement, anti-personnel mines, kidnappings, threats, among other situations of violation of human rights, will be contrasted with geographical, social and economic aspects of this subregion, also giving rise to relations and interpretations towards environmental factors such as oil infrastructure, mining, protected areas, hydrography or nature reserves in order to evaluate the interaction between all these aspects and thus build a diagnosis of the territorial and historical dynamics of Catatumbo.
