Resumen
This study aims to perform a series of simulations of three Zonal Planning Units (ZPU) to analyze the behavior as it relates to urban densification at different times (1995, 2004 and 2013). To perform this analysis we rely on the evolving economic theories where importance is given to empirical methods, based on observation and heuristic methods and error raised by scientist Donald Campbell was based on the theories of evolution natural selection of Charles Darwin to ultimately determine that "evolution is a process of knowledge." Based on economic theory it shows that we can give a population can determine the rules as to densify a sector of the city, under certain parameters can be set short, medium and long term as these sectors may become densified. The NetLogo software was used to perform simulations on these UPZ, taking into account the desires, intentions and beliefs can have a population to urban densification process through financial actions such as the purchase, sale, lease or construction
