Análisis comparativo de las diferentes metodologías de reforzamiento estructural aplicables a edificaciones construidas en concreto reforzado

Abstract

The objective of this project was to make a comparison between the different reinforcement techniques that are applicable to buildings whose structural system has reinforced concrete as a construction material; which is aimed mainly at people who are starting in the study of structural reinforcement, as well as anyone who may have an interest in this subject, in order to serve as a guide when determining what is the best way to carry out a reinforcement depending on the specific circumstances of the structure (building) to be reinforced, taking into account variables such as the property to be improved, the geographical location of the building, the materials that can be used, the economic availability of the user who will pay for the reinforcement, among other For the above, it was proposed to carry out a bibliographic query that would allow obtaining qualitative data focused on determining the advantages and disadvantages of the different structural reinforcement techniques studied, as well as a modeling in the SAP2000 software of 2 examples and a description of the analysis unit prices for each technique; which allowed to have a clearer idea of ​​the influence that these types of reinforcement have within a building, this information being synthesized by 3 comparative matrices that allow a better management of it.
