Resumen
In the agreement between the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and the Secretary of Social Integration, in the District Attention Center for Social Inclusion (CADIS), an internship focused on comprehensive literacy for the population with disabilities over 14 years of age was carried out. In this course, the areas of mathematics, arts and Spanish language were taken into account; within the latter, the work presented here focused on orality in the aforementioned population. To this end, we sought to enhance communication skills, the right to an opinion, to be heard and to know how to listen, among other factors that the population with disabilities has been silenced and/or vetoed throughout the history of mankind. As a result, there were autobiographies narrated by the students, exalting their emotions, thoughts and conclusions of their own lives, as this is always done by their caregivers.
