Resumen
Continuing with the research on how to generate water from the humidity of the environment and in order to contribute to a possible solution to the problems presented in the most remote places due to the scarcity of water, a prototype capable of condensing the particles is implemented of water suspended in the air and in addition to this being self-sustainable, with the implementation of a renewable energy system (photovoltaic energy). The start-up of the prototype was based on the use of Peltier cells for water generation, data acquisition and control were carried out by means of a PLC (programmable logic controller), the man machine interface was by means of a screen touch HMI. The proposed prototype was tested for performance, number of Peltier cells to be used, performance tests with both the home network and the photovoltaic panel. Very favorable results were obtained in the generation of water compared with the previous prototype made with Peltier cells. The power supply of the prototype is based on a 265-watt solar panel and a 12-volt battery, which provide us with the energy necessary for the prototype to work properly.
