Resumen
The lagoon of Fúquene is one of the most important water bodies of the Colombian territory, it is located between the departments of Cundinamarca and Boyacá, currently occupying an area of approximately 3260 Ha. Due to human activity and climate change the lagoon has lost 80% of its extension, besides the loss of the native forest in its surroundings. As a result of the loss that the lagoon has had, people have been settled in its floodplain, what causes generates affectations in their properties in the rain season. Entities such as the Autonomous Regional Corporation of Cundinamarca and the IDEAM make historical measurements on the behavior of the level of this body and the precipitations that occur in this area; Therefore, an investigation was carried out based on these data to analyze, by statistical methods, the projections at 25, 50 and 100 years, in order to analyze the percentage relationship between these two variables.
