Resumen
The present monograph is a state of the art about the regulator principles of 57 programs in human development offered by 19 different universities in Latin America and Spain, some of them like applicant’s profile, graduate profile, objectives and curriculum. That research is framed within the migration process from specialization to Master’s degree by the specialization in human development with emphasis in affective and creative processes (EDHEPAC) from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas (UDFJC) and it contributes to the construction of its own regulators principles. The methodology used started from the heuristic phase, in which trough double entry matrixes the information was collected, and the hermeneutic phase, in which the collected information was interpreted through the triangulation of the different analysis categories. As results we found a wide range of academic profiles for applicants, a trend to the training in research and social environment comprehension, and the presence of four training cycles that lasts six months where it is taught methodology, psychologic, social and human development in working environment, as well as in development pedagogy. On the other hand, it is observed a gap in Master programs regard to self-development processes, while the specialization degree contrasts with a strong component about it.
