dc.description	Iota, fue un huracán de categoría 5, de los más poderosos de la temporada de huracanes del 2020, a su paso por el territorio de Colombia, provocó fuertes afectaciones a la infraestructura de las islas de San Andrés y Providencia. El presente documento, describe las actividades desarrolladas a nivel de topografía en un proyecto de diagnóstico para la reconstrucción y rehabilitación de la infraestructura vial de ambas islas, mediante la implementación de nuevas tecnologías articuladas con metodologías convencionales, todas a disposición de los ingenieros topográficos, se resalta a su vez la importancia de la intervención de múltiples disciplinas y profesionales de diferentes áreas en aras de restablecer las condiciones básicas de calidad de vida para la comunidad afectada.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Iota was a 5th category hurricane, one of the most powerful of 2020 hurricanes season, as its pass Colombian territory, it caused severely affectations to San Andrés and Providencia islands infrastructure. This document describes the activities developed at geomatic area, in a diagnostic project for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of both islands road infrastructure through the implementation of new technologies articulated with conventional methodologies, all at the disposal of topographic engineers. It also highlights the importance of the intervention of multiple disciplines and professionals from different areas in order to restore the basic conditions of quality of life for the affected community.	spa
