Propuesta de desarrollo de una herramienta ERP bajo el programa Odoo para la empresa Seguridad Central Ltda

Abstract

This thesis culminated in the development of a proposal for the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for Seguridad Central LTDA, a Colombian company that provides private security and surveillance services. The company faced considerable challenges with process integration, particularly compliance with the SARLAFT regulation and the BASC V.6 standard, which had a negative impact on its operational efficiency and risk management. Through a precise diagnosis of the integration process, a specific Odoo software proposal was developed based on the identified prerequisites. The software was designed to integrate the company's processes with legislative requirements, consolidate data, and improve the organization's decision-making processes. The cost-benefit analysis presented demonstrated the feasibility of implementation, projecting results that noted notable improvements in risk management and operational efficiency, as well as in compliance within the organization. In addition to providing a solution tailored to Seguridad Central LTDA, this study also aims to serve as a framework for other companies in the region seeking to improve their operational efficiency through technology in a regulatory-compliant manner.
