Desarrollo del módulo de las fuentes de financiamiento para el proyecto KRONOS de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas

Abstract

Taking into account that the main purpose for the development of this work was to analyze and develop a module that would allow the distribution and control of funding sources in the ERP called KRONOS for the Francisco José de Caldas District University. All this in order to improve access times to the consultation processes and system records, so it became necessary to create a new system for the management and administration of its financial part. The new ERP "Enterprise Resource Planning - Business Resource Planning" called KRONOS, which was executed in its first stage of development, and allowed the initial implementation of the new modules, which are not included in the "Si Capital" system and they were required for the year 2017, during the implementation. This work was planned and developed, through a client application and an API "Application Programming Interface" which was integrated into the KRONOS ERP that was developed in the OAS Systems Advisory Office, by the development team, belonging to the Financial project . For the execution of this was used as SCRUM methodology "Scrum is a process in which a set of good practices are applied on a regular basis to work collaboratively, as a team, and obtain the best possible result of a project" [1]. In this way, this project relied on the development process, the software solution and will result in a modular, comprehensive and scalable tool that supports and facilitates the processes that are required, specifically the creation of the Financing Sources. Likewise, the deployment of this solution was based and guided in the processes of identification, analysis and characterization of functional and non-functional specifications carried out in the previous sub-projects and will be supported by free technologies and by the SCRUM development process. The scope of the development of the new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) called KRONOS in which all the modules of the current system "Si Capital" are being implemented, since this does not have all the source codes, there is no support contract for new performance and operation functionalities
