Abstract

The company did not have a clear methodology for monitoring the implementation of the budgets of the productions of the channel, which has been inconvenient for the identification of expenses on time, which in some cases are unnecessary in productions, or assignment missing budget for them. the design of a methodology to exert control over the budget allocated and spent for each factor involved and taking into account the returns that have the budget execution of each production is then required. To solve, we decided to design and implement mechanisms for recording costs and yields for each production unit, that the hand of office automation tools would become a support for the calculation of indicators of cost and yield that ultimately would evaluate the process budget execution and generate results that would provide a basis for conducting future budgets in the RCN channel.
