Resumen
This reflection exercise is proposed to opt for the title as Childhood, Culture and Development specialist of the Francisco José de Caldas District University. Which was interested in systematizing the experiences of different professionals (Family Ombudsman, psychologist, social worker and nutritionist) who participated in the administrative process of restoration of rights in the Revivir-ICBF Specialized Center, for which theoretical background was consulted in around the situation of vulnerability and systematization of experiences, as categories for the analysis of the results, systematization proposes tensions, ruptures, realities, learning and knowledge, to be recognized and made visible in the stories of the interviews and the workshops of the experiences They were narrated by the professionals.
The process of this reflection was carried out at different times, the first when consulting the theoretical background addressed from the notions of childhood, culture, development, knowledge, protection and family, the legal framework, the state of the situation around the violation of rights, PARD and research findings in which the systematization of experiences was used as a methodology, this chapter mentions the need to create spaces where the child, the family converges and new ways of conceiving parenting, the co-responsibility and care, taking into account that the conception surrounding childhood today is the feeling of protection. Likewise, the appreciation of the systematization of research experiences as a place that invites you to think, ask yourself and others.
The second section corresponds to the research methodology, which is developed from the bet of the systematization of experiences in the five times proposed by the author Oscar Jara, the information was collected from experience workshops and semistructured interviews Applied to professionals. Finally, an analysis of the information was carried out based on the treatment of these collected stories, in which it was possible to identify the realities, learning, knowledge, tensions and achievements that arise during an effective process of restitution of rights, for which They revealed some conclusions in which the place and importance of these experiences were evidenced, as an intersubjective meeting space in the dialogue with others, which invited the reflection and inquiry of the processes applied in children and their families, which affect in some way their lives, likewise recognize that from the systematization of experiences and the recognition of the knowledge of the professionals can influence the practices, the own conceptions around the children and the understanding of the situations of vulnerability, so that in an ideal way they can be conceived in the positions of the guidelines when establishing these routes in a way closer to reality, which allows addressing the needs and guaranteeing the protection of the rights of children.
