Análisis de prefactibilidad para implementar parqueaderos rotativos automatizados para vehículos livianos en el centro de Bogotá

Abstract

Downtown Bogotá is a sector with high demand for parking due to the large number of vehicles and a restricted supply; Additionally, it is known that the risk of insecurity is high, and that the most frequent traffic penalty fees are those for parking on public roads. These are some of the motivations for presenting innovative technological proposals that tend to improve this service. This is why we have evaluated in this project, through some engineering techniques for project management, the pre-feasibility for the implementation of automated rotary parking lots which optimize the space of conventional parking lots multiplying from 3 to 6 times the current installed capacity . This is in keeping with the architectural and development requirements of the area.
