Resumen
During pregnancy, prior to the auditory system development, fetuses perceive sound vibrations through the sense of touch. Through the skin and bones, fetuses are able to perceive sound waves produced outside and inside the mother. This first approach from humans to sound through the touch becomes remarkable, taking into account that the current musical experience is considered as a strictly auditory event. When it is about music and/or sound, the first and only association that is made is related to the ear. As a result, this work presents a musical teaching proposal based on tactile experiences, being suitable for listeners and non-listeners, in the same way. These tactile experiences are substantiated on texts and stories about musical situations, specially, arranged in the interest of deaf community. The exercises proposed in this text were previously tried with music and piano students with average listening conditions, guided by the monograph author. Then, this monograph expresses the obtained results and this material is available for those interested in its application to pedagogical means.
