Resumen
the Eucalyptus is one of the most implemented trees for the reforestation. Currently exist 17. million of hectares planted in the worl. The constant growth of the demand for products obtained of this species has led to the need of obtain enough vegetal material of the highest quality, recently this material has been obtanined in the vast majority through clonal propagation (Alfenas et al., 2009). In this context must be done genetic improvement research, under this framework was done the COLCIENCIAS project executed by CONIF called "Implementation of a scheme of valuation, production, exchange and crossing of plant material of Eucalyptus, for Magdalena Bajo Seco that responds to the needs of performance, adaptation and quality that the market demands" advanced since 2013 with clonal tests with the species of Eucalyptus tereticornis, Eucalyptus camaldulensis y Eucalyptus urophylla, in this project was developed the present professional internship with the goal to obtain and monitor the behaivor in nursery of the Eucalyptuss spp clonal ministacas, the ministacas was obtained by de method of hidroponic ministacas, having as source 85 provenances of selected material, the production was done in the instalatiom of the Monterrey forestal GWR nosery, located in Zambrano - Bolivar, the material produced was used for the establishment of 6 clonal tests, were set up 3 tests statistical arrangements single tree plot and 3 monoclonal tests in random blocks. The tests were were set up in Valencia- Cordoba and Puerto Lopez - Meta, the material also was used for the establishment of 500 patterns for grafting and the establishment of an in door seed orchard; finally the propagated material were evaluated and classified, with the standard of clonal descriptors proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply of Brazil, proposed format for the intellectual protection of Eucalyptus clones.
