In the course of the internship, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OSMS) was designed through the initial evaluation phase of the company, where weaknesses and strengths were analyzed to redesign and design through procedures, instructions And formats the efficient documentation for the company to comply with the standards imposed by the national government through decree 1072 of 2015. The information of the company is standardized in 3 sectors: 1. General information, 2. Occupational health and safety, 3. Environment. The health and safety policy was determined, the safety and health at work (SST) company was appointed, the company's roles were determined from its manager to its employees of SG-SST. The protocol was carried out to identify and assess the risks depending on the activities and processes carried out by the company. It creates formats for accidents and incidents and the company's personnel are permanently enabled to act in such cases. The following guidelines were proposed for the hiring of temporary staff, training t according to the position. Activities schedule was created in order to be able to audit constantly and it was possible to allocate financial resources for employees in training. The responsibility for registration and control of documents was stipulated by the watchman of the SG.SST). Internal audits established the compliance of the system with the established provision, providing elements of analysis to maintain a continuous improvement generating improvements and transformation by managing the findings of weaknesses and shortcomings of the processes.
