Resumen
The internal tournaments and faculties is one of the programs offered by the University of the Andes for its students and officials, besides it is undoubtedly one of the most expected by parts of the community for their participation every semester, these events must be carried out in the best way possible since that is where the integral education provided by the University for your community is reflected. In order for this to be possible, a person with high management capacity is needed who is responsible for the organization and monitoring of each of these sporting events, following established guidelines and parameters. This is where the Sports Manager can intervene in this process since he has the necessary and optimal skills to fulfill this role from his role as manager of events of any kind, achieving the desired and desired objective by the University. Keep in mind that this person also follows up during the development of each event that will be duly systematized in virtual platforms used by the Universidad de los Andes.
