Prototipo de Sistema Experto para el Diagnóstico de la Pyme Considerando el Medio Externo

Abstract

This research was conducted to build the knowledge base in order to create an expert system for diagnosis of SMEs, this work focuses on the obstacles and problems from the external environment to which the SME Business Diagnosis is enfrentada.El is a simple and very useful to know the current situation of an organization and the problems that impede their growth, survival or development tool; thanks to this it is possible to detect the main causes of problems "roots", in order to focus future efforts to find the most effective measures, avoid wasting energy and adapt their structures contributing to more management according to the possibilities, expectations , knowledge and financial resources of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Colombia.
