Abstract

This report presents the results obtained during the internship carried out at BBC Ingeniería S.A.S., focused on the development, analysis, and optimization of Traffic Management Plans (PMT) within the framework of the Bogotá Metro Project – Lot C. Throughout the process, activities included the design, review, and adjustment of high- and low-complexity PMTs, the creation of a database with more than 100 standard drawings, and the development of a Python-based application to optimize the search and preparation of these plans. The internship strengthened technical skills, promoted the use of modeling tools, and contributed to improving the company’s internal processes, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance in urban mobility management.
