| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de una publicación en la revista médica, en la cual se plantean dos proyectos referentes al estudio de la medicina uno por el doctor A. Amaya en el cual presenta una carta que sirve como base para este proyecto. A lo largo del texto se presentan las bases para un proyecto de ley que reglamente el ejercicio de la medicina en Colombia y también se presenta aquellos ejercicios ilegales y las penas impuestas. Al finalizar se presentan las conclusiones y poco después de eso se proyecta como tal el proyecto de ley en el cual se mencionan también los ejercicios ilegales y las penas que se impondrían. Como parte final del documento aparece la reglamentación del ejercicio de la medicina el cual describe cada una de las reglas muy detalladamente. | dc.description.abstract | The image contains a news item about a publication in the medical journal, in which two projects are proposed regarding the study of medicine, one by Dr. A. Amaya in which he presents a letter that serves as the basis for this project. Throughout the text, the bases for a bill that regulates the practice of medicine in Colombia are presented and those illegal practices and the penalties imposed are also presented. At the end, the conclusions are presented and shortly after that the bill is projected as such, in which the illegal exercises and the penalties that would be imposed are also mentioned. As the final part of the document, the regulations for the practice of medicine appear, which describes each of the rules in great detail.
