Abstract

The image contains a news item about a publication in the medical journal, in which two projects are proposed regarding the study of medicine, one by Dr. A. Amaya in which he presents a letter that serves as the basis for this project. Throughout the text, the bases for a bill that regulates the practice of medicine in Colombia are presented and those illegal practices and the penalties imposed are also presented. At the end, the conclusions are presented and shortly after that the bill is projected as such, in which the illegal exercises and the penalties that would be imposed are also mentioned.
