Resumen
This document presents different integrated processes to develop a distributed system for managing heterogeneous requests, complaints, claims and requests for a public agency whose main objective is aimed essentially at improving the control, monitoring and integration of processes dedicated to managing Check-in requests, complaints, claims and requests. The work is founded and implemented in web programming language JAVA, ORACLE database, the implementation is carried out according to the Scrum methodology that focuses on the management of complex systems. This product seeks to optimize and manage the processing of petitions and complaints that applies to people from the same organization and external persons exercising public entities providing a new technological approach for the realization of the processes contemplate.
