Valoración del cultivo de Aguacate Hass. Caso de estudio : inmueble los Rosales Municipio Aranzazu – Caldas

Abstract

The purpose of this degree work is to carry out an appraisal that will include the valuation of the Hass avocado crop and the land, with the analysis of the necessary investment, costs of raw materials, equipment, labor among others and their respective profitability ; For which, all the relevant economic information must be available to arrive at an appropriate estimate, in relation to the variables and information analyzed for avocado production in the municipality of Aranzazu-Caldas. Important aspects of the cultivation of Hass avocado in the municipality of Aranzazu (Caldas) in the Los Rosales farm located in the Cuatro Esquinas village were addressed, such as its yield, production levels, useful life time, diseases and production costs , profitability of the crop, among others, which may influence the determination of the final value of the crop, likewise the market method will be used to establish the value of the land, and the value of the Hass avocado crop using the capitalization method of the rent.
