Viaje por la emogalaxia, un encuentro con los planetas emogalácticos: Una posibilidad de expresar y gestionar las emociones para fortalecer la dimensión socio-afectiva

Resumen
This research was carried out from the virtual modality during the period from 2020-2 to 2021-2, with a population of a 7-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy, who live in the city of Bogotá, in the which it was evidenced that according to their intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships it was necessary to favor the expression and management of their emotions to strengthen their socio-affective dimension. Therefore, the development of a pedagogical proposal was proposed as mediation, which revolves around theatrical pedagogy, play and plastic expression, as artistic possibilities to experience experiences that contribute to the consolidation of socio-affective development, from the expression of the emotions of each boy and girl, allowing them to recognize, value and understand them in relation to situations, problems and feelings both their own and those of others. This research project highlights the critical analysis of the problem statement, the research categories, the research background, the theoretical references, the observation and interaction processes with Vanessa and Jonathan, and the results of the entire process; that emerged from the research-action methodology from a qualitative approach, which in relation to the pedagogical proposal, four phases of investigation and action were raised: 1. Exploring ourselves, 2. Discovering ourselves, 3. Expressing ourselves and 4. Strengthening ourselves, which allowed us to give an account of the scope and relevance in terms of the proposed objectives.
