Resumen
In Colombia, over the years, different governments have established without number of laws, decrees, resolutions and other labor issues that according to the preach of each ruler of each period have tried to improve the conditions of workers, however one of the most important advances so far have been occupational safety and health issues, which went from being an occupational health program with elements of mandatory compliance, to being a management system based on the PHVA cycle and oriented to reference to the OHSAS 18001: 2007 standard, the proposed system has been dictating guidelines since 2012 with the appearance of the general system of occupational hazards, passing to the SG-SST proclaimed in decree 1443 in 2014, included in the current single regulatory decree of the sector work 1075 in 2015 and currently in the minimum standards required in resolution 1111 of 2017. The Institución Educativa Técnica Industrial de Turmequé to date has not had advances in matters of safety and health, so it is important to start with sections that have affected the health and safety of teachers and students, therefore it was considered essential to generate a plan for the prevention of physical risks in the operation of the winch, since this machine in particular is the one that has caused more accidents to teachers and students, compromising members of the hands in years ago. Physical risks are considered the risks that can trigger the evolution of a disease of work origin, therefore the development of this plan and its subsequent implementation by the institution, will allow to control the physical risks to which teachers and students are exposed, as well as the monitoring and verification of them.
