Apoyo técnico al proceso de mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SGA) de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales UAE-DIAN

Abstract

The Special Administrative Unit Directorate of National Taxes and Customs UAE-DIAN, is an entity of national order of technical and specialized nature, with legal, administrative and budgetary autonomy and its own assets, attached to the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, has a jurisdiction that covers the entire national territory, doing physical presence in 49 municipalities. As transverse dimension to each of the processes and their activities, the UAE-DIAN has developed, implemented and certified its quality management system according to ISO 9001 and environmental management system ISO 14001. Being aware of the need for constant updating of the EMS of the organization, as a general objective of the internship project was proposed to support the process of continuous improvement of Environmental Management System (EMS) of the Special Administrative Unit of the National Tax and Customs UAE -DIAN through the review, modification and proposal of new documentation that allows the SGA grow, strengthened and developed according to the needs of the entity. To support the process of continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System of the organization, activities documentation updates were made, visits to various offices of the company were made in Bogota to review the environmental status of the same, took out a characterization of solid waste in the SENDAS building, the process of lifting the initial environmental review of two headquarters of the entity was supported and finally institutional conferences aimed at environmental awareness of DIAN staff in some venues of Bogota were supported.
