For the development of the project, we started with the method of degree work in internship modality with a focus on a case study with a descriptive methodological approach that was cemented under 4 phases: pre-diagnosis, classification and systematization of information, instrumental analysis and formulation of an improvement plan. Results obtained allowed us to give an assessment to each one of the characteristics that make up the factor concluding that although the curricular project is unique in its denomination it has achieved to establish links with other national and international institutions in which both students and teachers have cooperated academically making their institution visible, and in the own, to the Technology in Environmental Management and Public Services. The present degree project contributes to the academy in general so derived from the efforts of the human quality that compose it. In particular, the curricular project is benefited in the construction of its high quality accreditation through a first process such as self-evaluation.
