Propuesta de gestión para el abastecimiento de materiales y repuestos en Alkosto S.A.

Abstract

This document includes the application of the Kraljic Matrix tool , applied in purchasing processes, for the purpose of classifying the items in the category of Materials and spare parts purchased for the Maintenance area of the Colombiana de Comercio and / or Alkosto SA , Kraljic's Matrix uses two variables: impact on the result, which refers to the importance of the purchase in terms of value and its impact on profitability; and the risk in the supply, which assesses the complexity of the market supply. The goods or services acquired are classified into four categories, to subsequently apply purchasing strategies according to the quadrant to which they belong. As a support to the classification of articles, the Analytical Hierarchical Process is applied. Finally, the purchasing procedure is analyzed in terms of added value, improvements are presented to it, several key performance indicators (KPI) are established, and the master list of materials and spare parts is available.
