On the other hand, the present project also represents an advance for the academy and for future professionals in the area of ​​civil engineering, since the administrative area of ​​civil works does not have a deep academic space and for this reason the students do not they have knowledge of the processes that must be carried out prior to obtaining a contract, which is also very important for a professional in our branch. Likewise, it represents a great importance for society since the proper functioning of the contracting processes and the processes of administration of public goods, are reflected in benefits for the benefit of society in general.
