Plan de negocios para la producción y comercialización de cascos para bici usuarios hechos de material reciclado e impermeable en la Ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

This business plan is based on the production and subsequent marketing of helmets for bicycle users, made of recycled and waterproof paper in the city of Bogota with quality standards in search of customer satisfaction and safety. In order to execute the project efficiently, 4 objectives were established. The first one starts with a market study to show the acceptance of customers and users towards the product, as well as the analysis of the existing competition in the market. Subsequently, the technical study will be carried out to determine the best location for the project and its production, marketing, distribution and sales analysis. Finally, the financial pre-feasibility study will be carried out to determine whether or not it is economically viable to execute the project. This business plan proposal was born as an initiative to provide a solution to the growing problem of solid waste management by putting into practice administrative and environmental knowledge.
