Abstract

Musculoskeletal diseases are those that are located in the lumbar area, include the shoulders and all the upper extremities, up to the wrists and hands, they are generally inflammatory lesions of a degenerative nature that generate pain and in turn inflammation and loss of strength labor. The manufacturing sector is one of the sectors of greatest relevance and greater coverage in employability, it is one of the sectors with the highest prevalence in the appearance of diseases of this type, although this type of pathologies can develop at work, there are also causes of common origin that together cause damage that may be irreversible, it is intended to orient this research to the development of a methodological guide that allows defining strategies to prevent the appearance of these diseases in the manufacturing sector
