Resumen
This paper belongs to the research area: “Educational Management” in the specialization degree “Institutional Educational projects management” from the Francisco José de Caldas District University. Accordingly, this work aimed to analyze the strategies implemented in the Nuestra Señora del Rosario Bogotá school, the academic management of teachers, and their experiences in the institution, in their classrooms, collecting evidence of inclusive education processes. In Addition, some recommendations were generated for the institution to implement based on the analysis of strengths and weaknesses, setting our eyes the fostering of the processes of needs assessments of their students. Finally, we highlighted the reflections and inclusion of these recommendations facing the importance of consolidating a model suitable to the concept of diversity.
